Gardens

At Benmore, the landscape is a natural garden with fabulous flowers and plant life at various times of the year. In winter, the frost and snow lingers to show off the outlines of the vegetation that springs to life again in the Spring.

Beyond Benmore is an abundance of wonderful gardens to visit, including Inverewe, Attadale, Lechmelm and 2 Durnamuch Gardens.

In the summer, the fabulous Machair (coastal habitat) unique to the northwest of Scotland and western Ireland is visible in various places, including the Oldshoremore and Sandwood complex.
